Breakfast: Hashbrowns and sausage

Lunch: Pulled pork leftovers for both E and M

Dinner: Stuffed jumbo shells (ground beef, ricotta, parmesan, spices) with roasted vegetables (sweet potato, asparagus, zucchini)
