Breakfast: We went out with Alisa, Cris, Izzy, Telesilla to the Village Deli on Kirkwood; E had sausage/egg bagel sandwich and M shared a lox/cream cheese eggs benedict and avocado/egg scrambler with Alisa

Lunch: E had leftover fajitas and M had leftover stuffed shells

Dinner: Pork tenderloin with roasted veggies (sweet potato, zucchini, asparagus)

Breakfast: Hashbrown bowl with hashbrowns, sausage, green bell pepper, spices, and cheese

Lunch: Leftovers for M, job talk lunch for E

Dinner: Pan-fried tilapia (coated in dijon, then panko crumbs, fried in olive oil) with roasted veggies (butternut squash, broccoli, with olive oil, honey, garlic salt, and cinnamon spices) and fruited curry rice from Katia

Dinner: Parmesan-Italian spices baked tilapia filet (400 for 12 min), pan seared scallops, roasted broccoli and sweet potatoes (450 for 20 min, then 400 for 12 min; olive oil, honey, garlic salt seasoning); Knorr sides cheddar and broccoli rice
